Science To People
April 2025
I led the Tech Fleet Product team in defining the vision, product requirements, backlog, and roadmap for our client, Science To People. Starting from scratch, we worked in an agile environment and delivered a complete vision statement, strategic roadmap, and interactive prototypes, all within four sprints. Our work enabled the client to successfully secure funding to bring the product to life.

I lead the Tech Fleet Product team in streamlining client services into an integrated platform. This involved defining the scope of work, creating a backlog of user stories from scratch and working with design and development teams, ultimately saving the client USD $10,319.
Aimset Hackathon : SaveUp
June 2024
As part of a social-impact focused hackathon, I lead a team of 14 to brainstorm, design, and develop an MVP of a financial budgeting app in 4 weeks, achieving 2nd place in the hackathon.
CareerFoundry : Sync
August 2024
Identified customer pain points through brainstorming and impact-effort analysis, and proposed a meeting authentication solution expected to enhance satisfaction scores from 2/5 to 3/5.
